Our experience of working with various hosting companies and their clientele has enabled us to develop near perfect, finely tuned support solutions for web hosts. We understand that all hosting companies, at one time or another, face angry customers, finicky customers or simply those who have difficulty understanding simple technical procedures. Our support team at HostingSupport4u has had experience with all of them, and we know how to communicate friendly and patiently with them. Our people are recruited based not only on their technical skills, but on their communication skills as well. Patience and understanding are primary traits of all members of our support team. Each company is allocated an individual Project Leader who works solely for that hosting company along with his team members. You will receive daily detailed reports of the support requests handled for the day.

Every member on your support team is logged into an Instant Messenger (ICQ, MSN, Aim etc) of your choice and is available to be contacted by you directly throughout his/her shift. Besides this, you also have the option of using our US Toll Free number to call our office (in India) and speak with your hired tech directly. The process of serving customers will appear (both to you and your clients) as though it is being provided directly by your own employees. We route all customer support queries through a support ticket system which can be installed for you on your servers. Customers contact the support team and are served by our tech support services only via the ticket system. This way, all replies are tracked, monitored and archived.

Overall, the support services that HostingSupport4u provides will appear as those they were provided from an in-house support team. Even if you choose not to use a support ticket system, we can still transparently blend into your hosting service. Upon signing up with HostingSupport4u, you have the option of assiging an e-mail address, support@youraddress.com, which will forward to our addresses @hostingsuport4u.com.  This way, you can seamlessly shift support over to the HostingSupport4u support team, without your customers seeing difference. To achieve total integration with your support setup, all e-mail replies to customers are enclosed with your company’s greeting, and login name.
